The most important log file for troubleshooting Navigator Server problems is a level 3 XFDebug log file. It is called XFDeBug.log. Before you begin making the changes below close Navigator and delete the following to files.

XFDebug.log (C:\Navigator\Navigator)

NavigatorServer.log (C:\Navigator\Navigator)

clrip_0.log (C:\Navigator\Renderers\NR_1\SW)

clrip_1.log (C:\Navigator\Renderers\NR_1\SW)

Here is how to make one that shows your problem:

Open the application "XFDebugLog.exe".  This is Xitron's interface tool.  Located in the the Server folder. (C:\Navigator\Navigator)

In XFDebugLog.exe open the menu called "Configure" and select "Set Levels..." Set the following fields to level 3. Sever App, Render Action, and Output Spooler. Now close. You will now go back to the Configure menu and select Message Monitor. You will set this to Level 3 as well. Once this is complete you will now open Modules and select Sever App, Render Action, and Output Spooler. Leave XFDebugLog.exe running, and start Navigator Server. Run jobs which show your problem or issue.

This issue will be captured inside the XFDebug.log file.

Send us these log files when complete.

XFDebug.log (C:\Navigator\Navigator)

NavigatorServer.log (C:\Navigator\Navigator)

clrip_0.log (C:\Navigator\Renderers\NR_1\SW)

clrip_1.log (C:\Navigator\Renderers\NR_1\SW)

Make sure to go back to XFDebugLog.exe and reset the setting levels back to zero when complete.
