This is an occasional issue that will require a dealer or end user to call our support line. Here are the common steps to resolving this problem.
- Kollective SD ECON Windows service must be turned off- Stop Service by clicking Stop Button
- Change the start-up type to “Disabled”.
 
- Edit Memjet.ini (plugin ini file)- Located in C:\Navigator Northstar\Navigator 11.0r3\SW\Devices\MemJet
- statusreqretries = 0
- padlinewidth=0
