We have noticed a problem where the installer is incompatible with a particular version of Windows 10.
It can fail to install the product properly and render your computer unable to install the product without reinstalling the OS.
Do not install the software onto Windows 10 version 1803 build 17134.48.
If you are on Windows 10 version 1803, then allow updates to get you to at least build 17134.81.
Windows 10 version 1803, build 17134.81 works fine.
Windows 10 version 1803 build 17134.48 does not.
How do you find out what OS you have? Go to the search button in your task bar. Type in "About your PC".
In the example below you can see that I am running Windows 10 Pro version 1703, build 15063.413. Another method of
finding your Windows version and build is to open a command line prompt by typing CMS in the search window
and typing "winver" and this will give you the specific information we need.
