This is an occasional issue that will require a dealer or end user to call our support line.  Here are the common steps to resolving this problem.


  • Kollective SD ECON Windows service must be turned off
    • Stop Service by clicking Stop Button
    • Change the start-up type to “Disabled”.
  • Edit Memjet.ini (plugin ini file)
    • Located in C:\Navigator Northstar\Navigator 11.0r3\SW\Devices\MemJet
    • statusreqretries = 0
    • padlinewidth=0
