Frequent Mac Client crashes are often font-related.
Have your Mac operators clear the font cache and see if that helps.
To clear the font cache, we need to start up in Safe Mode (that clears the font cache) and then restart a second time normally.
To restart in Safe Mode, hold the Shift key and restart the Mac, keeping the Shift key down.
After the reboot, select restart again, this time without the Shift key.
