InkJetDirect.i64, v13.0.0.0 (as reported in the RIP monitor window) (Attached here as "13IJD.zip") with creation date 06/24/2022 is missing the smallest non-square resolutions pair for some printers. In particular, the Epson 7880 resolution pair of 360x720 is missing. If you plan to print at 720x720, or 720x1440, or 1440x1440, then the best choice is to use the version 13 device driver which was made to work best with the version 13 RIP.
However, if you wish to use the lower resolution to get the fastest speed, read on.
InkJetDirect.i64, v5.3.2.0 a(s reported in the RIP monitor window) (Attached here as "IJD.zip") with creation date 12/05/2016 has more non-square resolution settings available for several printers.
Particularly the Epson 7880. It does have the 360x720 dpi pairing in this version.
We recommend swapping the v5.3.2.0 version into a v13 RIP if you want to run that particular resolution pairing on the Epson 7880.
Both versions are available here. They can be copied into the correct place while the RIP is not running.
