The goal of this article is to provide instructions for activating an LDK license offline using a CMD line.

Open a command prompt and CD to C:\Navigator\NR_Resources\ldk\utils

Export the fingerprint for the machine to be licensed:

ldkutil.exe -fingerprint -sl -o <Name the license>.c2v

Copy that to a system with internet access and the LDK tool on it.

Activate your new license.

This will generate a v2c file with the original filename followed by .license.v2c.

Copy the license v2c file to C:\Navigator\NR_Resources\ldk\utils

From the command prompt, type the following command and hit Enter:

ldkutil.exe -apply -i <Name the license>.license.v2c

Move the old license(s) from within C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\SafeNet Sentinel\Sentinel LDK\installed\109670.

It is okay to make a subfolder within C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\SafeNet Sentinel\Sentinel LDK\installed\109670 to store the old files in.

Restart the Sentinel LDK License Manager service.

Open the LDK took and view the licenses to see if the new license is in place and active.
