If you are encountering the error message "Error: The recorder is in local (offline) mode" in Raster Blaster or in Navigator
it may mean that the device is currently offline and is not ready to receive data.
To resolve this issue, please follow the steps below:
1. Check the CTP panel: Make sure that the CTP panel on your device looks similar to the picture below (from a Screen PT-R). This will help you identify if the device is indeed in local (offline) mode.
2. Restart the device: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve the issue. Try restarting your CTP device to see if it comes back online and ready to receive data.
3. Check the connection: Ensure that the physical connection to the CTP device is stable and functioning properly.
