To create a new workflow configuration follow these simple steps:

1.  Go to the Workflows menu and choose "New Workflow..."

When the naming dialog appears, choose an appropriate name for the configuration.

You will be presented with the "edit workflow" diagram and a list of possible workflow actions to the left.

Drag and drop desired workflow actions from the left to the diagram of your new workflow.

Here we will just choose RIP and output.  Our workflow will then consist of hotfolder input, RIP, and output.

After you put these Workflow Actions into your workflow, let's make some necessary choices.

1.  Which RIP configuration do you want?

2. Do you want to pause after RIP, before output, so you can view your plate files?

Click the Editor button so you can save these changes and exit the editor.

If you decide to add another Workflow Action to this workflow, then highlight that workflow from the list and click the Editor button again, to enter the editor.

Then, perhaps you want to add a Preflight step to this workflow to catch production problems.

Now that you have created a workflow, try submitting some jobs to it.
