Restore K2 Server configuration from backup
Key rule
Restore to the same paths on the new system.
- Ensure K2 Server is stopped.
- Restore the required folders/files from backup to the new installation paths (below).
- Start the K2 Server and launch the K2 Client.
- Confirm:
- workflows/actions are present
- expected jobs are visible (as applicable)

- C:\K2\Jobs
- C:\K2\K2\Config
- C:\K2\K2\Resources
- C:\K2\K2\htdocs
Required K2 XML Files to Back Up
- C:\K2\K2.actions.xml
- C:\K2\K2.SCA.xml
- C:\K2\K2.SysDev.xml
- C:\K2\K2.wf.xml
- C:\K2\K2.jobs.xml
