Normal page sizes image correctly but larger flats or signatures do not. The image appears stretched in one direction. Resolution is consistent in each direction according to debug.out files.

The solution is the dimension of the flat itself. With many ECRM imagers, trying to image even a single point past the film dimension causes the system to "wrap" pixels to the next line. This continues down the length of the image making it appear to be twice as long as it should be.

Recheck the flat size and ensure it's physical dimensions are equal to or less than the specifications for the imager.

 If necessary, enter a "Max Page Width" in the Configure ECRM Plug-in dialog box. This will limit any data from the job and keep it within the limitation of the output device.
