Cost Calculator – Error failed to connect to the Rip Server
The inkjet cost calculator is an online tool that only requires a browser and authentication to access. If you are an authenticated user and you have trouble accessing this product first make sure you are using the approved browsers and correct versions. Once the browsers and versions are verified and you still see the error below:
The most likely culprit is a blocked port or IP address. Have your IT department white list IP address 12.16.65.149 and open ports 20181, 20182, 20199.
