Key rule

Restore to the same paths on the new system.

  1. Ensure Navigator Server is stopped.
  2. Restore the required folders/files from backup to the new installation paths (below).
  3. Start the Navigator Server and launch the Navigator Client.
  4. Confirm:
    • workflows/actions are present
    • expected jobs are visible (as applicable)

  • C:\Navigator\Archives
  • C:\Navigator\Jobs
  • C:\Navigator\Navigator\Config

Required Navigator XML Files to Back Up

  • C:\Navigator\Navigator.actions.xml
  • C:\Navigator\Navigator.SCA.xml
  • C:\Navigator\Navigator.SysDev.xml
  • C:\Navigator\Navigator.wf.xml
  • C:\Navigator\Navigator.jobs
