  • LDK Protection Key number (Version 11 RIPs)
  • USB Interface Serial Number
  • Relevant log files
  • Software Version Number
  • (If you need us to connect to your computer) Teamviewer login credentials.


Once you have all of that, submit a support request ticket to us and you will be automatically entered into our support tracking database.
